Permanent Contraception Clinical Trial

Participants in this study will:

• Receive all study-related care and the study procedure at no cost

• Be monitored closely by an experienced study physician and medical staff

• Be able to discuss your options and learn more to share with others

• Help advance medical knowledge about using the study device for permanent contraception without surgery

• Will receive care in the doctors office without anesthesia

• Are a premenopausal woman, 21 to 50 years old

• Have no desire to be pregnant again

• Are fertile and having regular vaginal intercourse with a male

• At least 6 weeks post partum
